Purdue volleyball was one of eight Big Tenteen schools chosen for the NCAA tournament, which kicks off later this week. The Boilers will play Iowa State at 5:30 PM ET Thursday, with the winner advancing to meet either #15 Missouri or Northern Illinois at 7:00 PM ET on Friday.

Purdue volleyball split once again, winning 3-2 at Indiana for their ninth consecutive win over the Hoosiers and losing 0-3 at Penn State. The Boilers finish the regular season at Maryland Wednesday and Ohio State Friday before the NCAA tournament field is announced Sunday night.

VB Tops Maryland, Pushes Wisconsin in Madison
Purdue volleyball posted yet another split in conference play last week, struggling to beat Maryland in four sets before pushing Wisconsin to five sets in Madison. The Boilers moved to 15-10 on the season, 5-9 in conference play, and will travel to MSU Wednesday before their Senior Night match against Iowa on Saturday.
VB Upsets Michigan for Weekend Split
Purdue volleyball continued their trend of splitting weekend matches, dropping #13 Michigan in four sets before losing to #15 Michigan State in four. The Boilers remain tied for 10th in conference play with Indiana, and they'll face Maryland Wednesday in Holloway before traveling to Wisconsin for a Saturday match.
VB Topples Illinois In Five For Weekend Split
Purdue volleyball split their road trip west last weekend, ending up surprise losers 1-3 at Northwestern before edging Illinois 3-2 in Champaign. The Boilers are now unranked and are 13-8 overall, 3-7 in conference play.
VB Swept By Penn State, Stops Slide By Sweeping Rutgers
Purdue volleyball snapped a five-match losing streak Saturday, sweeping Rutgers after being swept by Penn State Friday night. The Boilers (#21 Massey, #22 AVCA) move to 12-7, 2-6 in conference play, and travel to Northwestern and #24/#24 Illinois this weekend.
VB Falls At Iowa and Nebraska
Boiler volleyball had a rough road trip last week, dropping a five-set match to Iowa and falling in straight sets to Nebraska in their first road matches of the conference season. AVCA #22 and Massey #19 Purdue returns home to face Penn State and Rutgers Friday and Saturday.
VB Goes 0-2 Against New #1 And #2
Purdue volleyball faced their toughest back-to-back home opponents in program history as they welcomed #3 Wisconsin and #2 Minnesota to Holloway. The Boilers were unable to come away with a win, falling to Wisconsin in five sets and Minnesota in three, falling to 17th in the AVCA coaches poll and 15th in Massey.
VB Sweeps Indiana, Keeps Monon Spppppppppike In West Lafayette
For the ninth straight season, the Monon Spike resides in West Lafayette, as the then-10th-ranked Boilers swept Indiana, 25-15, 25-17, 25-18, in front of a crowd of 8,240. Purdue hit .517 in the match, led by redshirt senior MB Faye Adelaja, whose .889 raised her attack percentage to .474, good for second in the nation.
VB Comes Out Flat, Falls to Illini 3-2
Purdue volleyball opened conference play by running into an orange and blue Illini wall, dropping their Big Tenteen opener 3-2 to Illinois Wednesday night. The Boilers will try to recover in the annual Monon Spike match against Indiana Saturday in Mackey Arena.

VB Stuns Stanford, Tops Cal Poly to Win Stanford Invitational
Purdue volleyball lost a tough opening set at Stanford 33-31, but stormed back from an 0-2 deficit to knock off the #9 Cardinal 3-2; they also beat Cal Poly to take the Stanford Invitational, move up six spots to #14, and run their record to 7-1.

Purdue volleyball returned to action in fine form last weekend, defeating Notre Dame 3-1 to cap a 3-0 weekend and win the Shamrock Invitational.

Extra effort - and extra time - weren't enough for Purdue volleyball Saturday, as they fell in five sets to Kentucky in the final match of the 2016 Mortar Board Premier, 20-25, 18-25, 26-24, 25-21, 18-20.
