Purdue Basketball Beat #40: Regular Season Recap and Senior Appreciation

Purdue finished the regular season with a 24-7 record, matching most of the preseason predictions made for this team and setting the stage for a solid run in the Big Ten Tournament and March Madness. Aneesh, Andy, and Boilerdowd recap the end of the Boilermakers' 2015-2016 regular season, the sudden emergence of PJ Thompson and Dakota Mathias, Caleb Swanigan breaking through the freshman wall, Kendall Stephens' future, Ryan Cline's rough streak,  Vince Edwards' newfound athleticism and aggressiveness, Ray Davis tentativeness offensively, and AJ Hammons being everything good in this world.

All that, plus a recap of Boilerdowd's dreams, and listener questions about preferred BTT/March Madness matchups, seeding predictions, baseline wins for a "successful" season, if Johnny Hill filled Jon Octeus' role well, and whether this class has lived up to the Baby Boilers' legacy.

We also give our thoughts on Purdue's CrowdFunding campaign to raise funds for Mackey Arena (as seen if you click this handy dandy link).
