WBB Struggles In Maine, Opens 0-2

Purdue women's basketball got off to a rough start at the Maine Tip Off Tournament last weekend, falling to the hosts and Villanova to start the season 0-2. The Boilers got double-figure scoring in both games from senior Ashley Morrissette and freshman Dominique Oden, and are back in West Lafayette for home games against SC Upstate and Southern Illinois this week.

Purdue women's basketball returns three starters from last year's 20-win squad and adds four talented freshmen, including five-star recruits Lamina Cooper and Ae'Rianna Harris.
