There's no such thing as a good loss, so I'll definitely take a bad win.
Ricardo Allen redeemed himself at the end and helped the Boilermakers get to 1-0. Maybe it was the black uniforms when it was 150 degrees outside, but the team generally looked out of sync and with the exception of two long scoring drives, it seemed to me like they could never get anything going. Color me surprised when I saw that they had 420 total yards. It felt more like 6.
TerBush wasn't terrible, but certainly wasn't great either. It looks like Bolden is back and at 100% and assuming health in the future, he should do some serious damage this season.
At the end of the season a win is a win and Purdue is still among the unbeatens.
