A virtual shocker, Kyle Molock, has decided to play for with Coach Painter for the 2012 class. Purdue already has one verbal from the current Soph in HS group...but no one saw this coming.
From the things I've read so far, it sounds like he's a good kid, with good grades and is very athletic. He's not the best shooter just yet, but a ton can happen in three basketball seasons. There's not a lot out there about Molock yet, but there's speculation that Lusk and Painter just beat a few bigger-time programs to the punch on this kid. Who knows how much of that's true, but Painter's track record has been A-OK so far. So, instead of second-guessing Matty, I'll trust his judgment and simply say, welcome aboard, Mr. Molock.
