The Indy Star tells me that Matty's squad has just set a record for Purdue basketball teams. This week is the 35th-straight week Purdue has been in the AP to-25. I would have thought a few teams from the early/mid 90s had done that.

The pollsters, in my opinion did an OK job with this week's poll as Purdue landed at 6th following the loss to Wisconsin. One-loss Kansas, Syracuse and Villanova are all in front of Purdue along with the two unbeatens.

As the second semester gets back into gear, I have yet to hear of any academic issues for the team...stability is very good news. Can't wait until tomorrow night...not sure if Matta is looking forward to it as much as Matty.
