Draft Week 4 Blogpoll Ballot
Huh. Our numbers 3, 5, 6 and 9 teams lost. Kind of makes the whole top ten look a little undeserving now, I think. LSU all the way up to #4? Sure, they're winning, but they haven't impressed. But the reckoning comes in two weeks when they host Florida. Boise up to #5? I like the little guys getting a chance as much as anyone, but their schedule is just not very impressive. I can't imagine them moving any higher -- maybe one slot if teams ahead keep dropping. And while they seem odd at #5, I don't know who else should be there.
Here's the draft ballot for this week.

Some other thoughts... PSU is punished pretty hard for not showing up against Iowa... at home... during a "whiteout" (the concept which they amusingly think they invented). Just no sack, as Boilerdowd put it.
Ole Miss also gets punished -- not because South Carolina isn't a good team, but because people were questioning them as a top ten team and their first sort of test and they poop the bed.
And then there's Cal.... who went to Autzen Stadium, where Purdue almost pulled out a victory, and got dump trucked by Oregon. Sorry, but if you're a top ten team, you don't lose by 39 to an unranked team. In fact, if you're ranked at all you shouldn't lose by 39 to an unranked team, ever.
Thoughts/comments welcome. As in previous weeks, we'll take it under advisement and make adjustments and the official ballot will be up by Wednesday morning.
