This is neither funny or good news, and sometimes we wonder if these stories have any place on a childish site like our own, but we're big fans of Drew and this is just a terrible thing. His mother passed away last week, as you quite possibly may have heard by now.
Stories were that they were estranged and Drew described their relationship as "nonexistent." That's too bad, really, because we only get one mom.
Our thoughts are with the Brees family.
